Client contract

This is the public client contract for work with Cryobomb Studios, LLC. The public name is cryobomb studios. It restates the project rules already published on the terms page. It does not add new obligations.

Who this is with

You are hiring Cryobomb Studios, LLC. Stripe processes a card payment. The payment rules stay on the terms page.

One-time work

A starter site, a full site, local SEO, and a custom tool are billed in two halves of the price on the invoice: half when the work starts, half when it is delivered. Hosting, upkeep, and domain years are not split. If the second half is still unpaid ten business days after it was sent, work on that job pauses. You have 10 business days after delivery to say something is wrong.

Who owns the work

This contract and the written scope on the invoice decide who owns a finished project. Templates and tools we reuse stay ours.

Tools

Some drafting and build work uses ordinary software tools, including AI-assisted tools. You are hiring the finished work, not a particular vendor.

Law

West Virginia law applies. Disputes are heard in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
