Terms
Version 2026-09-30. This is the agreement for payments on this site. It is not a substitute for a signed project agreement.
Who this is with
You are paying Cryobomb Studios, LLC. The public name is cryobomb studios. Stripe processes the card.
What you’re buying
The checkout page lists each line, the amount, and whether it repeats monthly or is a one-time invoice. A monthly retainer covers small edits and keeping the site up. A bigger change is its own invoice.
Who can pay
You confirm you are allowed to pay for the business named at checkout.
Acceptance
Checking the box and paying means you agree to this version (2026-09-30).
Retainers
Site management means small edits and ordinary upkeep. It does not include a new site, a new tool, or a large rewrite. You can cancel by emailing hello@cryobombstudios.com or from the Stripe billing page. Give 30 days’ notice. The current month is still due.
One-time work
Project fees are due as invoiced. Work can pause if an invoice is unpaid. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you have 10 business days after delivery to say something is wrong.
Refunds
A payment that never started the work can be refunded. Finished work is not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.
Who owns the work
A signed agreement and the written scope decide who owns a finished project. Templates and tools we reuse stay ours.
Tools
Some drafting and build work uses ordinary software tools, including AI-assisted tools. You are hiring the finished work, not a particular vendor.
Limits
We are not liable for indirect losses. If we are liable, the cap is the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months for the work at issue.
Law
West Virginia law applies. Disputes are heard in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
